Troy D. Gessel
During his 19 years of successful real estate experience, Troy has represented many of the Puget Sound's top landlords and relocated many of its most prominent businesses. Through these efforts an extensive knowledge about the marketplace was developed and a proven ability to make "deals". With an investment focus, all skills are implemented, locating select proper-
ties, facilitating tenant requirements and improving upon a properties overall return. An expertise more recently rounded out with nine years of managing properties, money and investor returns.
A proven marketing and operations expert, Elizabeth has taken over 15 years of experiences and culminated them into founding and managing AGM. She gained this experience while the Vice President of marketing at a prominent development firm watching over 4 million SF of class A&B office, industrial and retail properties within the Puget Sound including the drafting and negotiating of leases, developing marketing strategies all while considering the exit strategy.
Throughout his 15 year sales career, Baylor has achieved numerous individual honors while also managing both national and regional sales divisions. Recently, he was the Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales for Walton International, a privately held Real Estate Investment Firm with over $1.5B in investor assets worldwide. Prior to Walton, he held senior level sales positions with Prudential Insurance, in Seattle, and with AOL/Time Warner in Los Angeles. Baylor’s focus at AGM is identifying assets for acquisition and assisting with marketing the current portfolio.
As the sales member for the team, Jim offers AGM a youthful spirit while demonstrating a strong sales and entrepreneurial background. His background includes four years of experience at a commercial real estate software solutions company, an investment banking firm and a BA in economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. Jim culminates all of his experiences into effectively marketing AGM's existing portfolio while expanding its base and client satisfaction through identifying new assets for acquisition.
Practicing as an accountant for the last 30 years, Debbie has compiled an extensive list of first hand experience, most recently doing construction accounting and project managing for a local construction firm. As a vital part of the AGM team, Debbie is able to draw upon all of her experiences, identify issues before they arise and accurately forecast budgets insuring the performance and financial returns promised to the ownership.
